| The Humane Society of Decatur & Macon County will register dogs and cats to be spayed or neutered for next years date in February of 2010. This year we required proof of income so that we may better target unemployed and low income pet owners. Feral, stray, and female cats will be top priority. There was a required donation of $30 to help offset our costs. Proof of vaccinations is required. If pet is not current on vaccinations, rabies and distemper vaccinations will be donated. A $10.00 fee for license tag to the City of Decatur is required. |
